Welcome to Love-able, a dating app dedicated to helping you find meaningful connections with others for people with disabilities. By using our app, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Love-able and be legally permitted according to the laws of your country of residence. By using our app, you represent and warrant that you are over 18 and have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions.

You may not use an account belonging to another person, or share your account with another person.

User Conduct

You agree to use Love-able only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others or interfere with their use of the app. You are solely responsible for the content and information you post on our app, and you agree not to post any content that is illegal, offensive, or inappropriate, including, but not limited to:

offensive language
nudity or pornographic
violent
abusive, threatening or discriminatory
defamatory
illegal
spam or malware
any content to which you do not have the consent of another person who is depicted
impersonates another person
banking information

You may report members for contravening any of the issues listed above for review, and/or block members for any reason.

Intellectual Property

Love-able and all of its content, including but not limited to text, photos, videos, and graphics, are the property of Love-able and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to use or copy any of our content without our express written consent.

You agree warrant to us that you have all necessary rights and licenses to do so, and automatically grant us a non-exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide license to use your content in any way that Love-able may need to, now and in the future without any further approval.

You agree that your content may be viewed by others.

You agree that any content that you access that was posted by another person, belongs to the user who posted it. You may not user another person’s content any way other than for the intent it was provided for within the app. You may not use another person’s information for harassment or commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to review, pre-screen, refuse and/or remove any of your submitted content, including content exchanged between members in direct messages.

Termination

We may, in our sole discretion, at any time, terminate or suspend all, or a portion of Love-able, or your use of all or a portion of Love-able, with or without notice and with or without cause.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Love-able is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of Love-able or the information, content, materials, or products included on the app.

You understand that we do not conduct criminal checks on users, nor verify statements provided by users. We reserve the right to conduct criminal checks on users at any time, using any available public records. We offer no warrant to the conduct of users or the compatibility of users, now, or in the future.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Love-able be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or to comply with legal requirements. If we make any material changes to these terms and conditions, we will notify you by posting a notice on our app or by sending you an email.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Love-able is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law
